A Total body workout with exercises that transition from one muscle group to another.  Continuous movement and interval training to keep heart rate up.  Cardio work is excellent for increasing the strength of the heart and the lungs, as well as endurance and metabolism.  Uses hand and bar weights, resistance brands. Great music!!
