Intervals of kickboxing, core work and yoga to refresh your body,mind and spirit.
Circuit Training:
Strength and cardio training technique that involves moving from one exercise to another.
Head to Toe:
Total body workout using weights, resistance bands, body bar, ball, and step platform or all through a series of high repetitions.
Last Chance Workout
(Biggest Loser Style):
A full-body circuit to challenge you and get you geared up for the weekend.
Strong, Sweaty and Stretched:
A combination of sculpting, fat-burning exercises with
exibility training.
Weekday Warriors:
Body combat mixed with power yoga and pilates for inner peace and outer strength.
Zumba:
A Latin-inspired, dance-tness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting, and eective tness system designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO!
