Mindfulness Yoga

This class offers a psychological approach to the practice of yoga.  Each class features a specific tempo and theme that integrates the practice of yoga postures (asanas) and breath-movement flow (vinyasa) with mindfulness meditation.  This class is ideal for students interested in building physical strength, calming the mind, and reducing stress.
