This class will be taught by our diverse team of teachers who will customize each session with a unique style of movement.  Teachers and program will change every week and range from different forms of Yoga, Pilates and Cardio.  A fun and exciting open level class  that lets you get to know our outstanding instructors who will be sure to inspire you.  A great way to end a hectic, stressful week and energize for the weekend!
