Cooking with Essential Oils
Sometimes all it takes is a drop to season and flavor your foods and drinks so deliciously! From adding fruit flavors to sherbets or ice cream, marinating meats, or making dips and drinks, essential oils are an excellent way to supplement healthy, easy cooking.
Preparing foods and drinks with essential oils is also an excellent way to support your body’s systems with natural antioxidants. Antioxidants supply your body with the necessary tools that it needs to prevent disease and reverse damage.
Every 2nd Tuesday of the month, join us at Tranquility for another new and exciting step on our essential oil journey! These classes will alternate between informational sessions and topic-based workshops.
