Managing Pain with Essential Oils
Are you unable to find any relief for your back pain? That nagging headache? Aches and pains or cramping? Chronic joint pain? Acute or chronic pain can make our everyday life very difficult, uncomfortable or even debilitating. Some essential oils have properties known to relieve or reduce pain as well as anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, and anti-rheumatic properties. There are so many beneficial ways to incorporate essential oils into managing your pain including massage oil, bath soaks, hot/cold compresses.
Every 2nd Tuesday of the month, join us at Tranquility for another new and exciting step on our essential oil journey! These classes will alternate between informational sessions and topic-based workshops.
