| A special class designed to help expecting mothers ease through pregnancy and birth with confidence, strength and breath. Gentle movements stretch and open your body while breath increases calmness and relaxation making for a smoother child birth experience! This class is also helpful for postnatal to bring body back to balance and strength after giving birth.
Connect to your innate motherly wisdom and bring more awareness between you and your baby. Safe for Trimesters 1-3, however, please check with your doctor regarding your personal situation.

| During this period teens are experiencing immense changes in their body's chemistry and physiology creating irritability and mood swings. Yoga helps maintain balance in teens causing calmness and focus. It helps to strengthen the spine and limb muscles during development resulting in good flexibility and a healthy posture. Yoga is also great for teens who participate in sports to help them perform better and avoid injuries.
