Journey Through the Chakras

7 different classes of Hatha Yoga postures designed to stimulate and balance each of our body's energy centers. The classes for the lower 3 Chakras (Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus) are geared to physical strength, power and balance while the upper 4 Chakras (Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown) are more geared to flexibility, spirituality, compassion and communication.
