If you have not yet tried Tina’s 9:35 am Yoga Classes on Tuesday and Thursday you’re in for a real treat.  Ever changing class covers different Yoga practices such as Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, Chakra Balancing, Yin and Meditation.  Instructions include the Spiritual and Physical effects that yoga has on our lives as well as the power of breath.  Let these wonderful classes bring balance, peace and fun into your life.
