Intro to Meditation Workshop

Your stomach is in a knot, the back of your neck is all tensed up, your head is spinning like a top.... This class will help you relax and unwind. A little movement and a lot of focus. Learn techniques that will work -- no experience necessary.

Meditation is the art of looking inside and discovering one’s inner being. Meditation leads us not only to new inner experiences, but helps to transform our day-to-day life into a better, more meaningful and fulfilling existence. As well as restoring inner peace, mediation can help alleviate symptoms of stress and aid physical health.
