Tranquility Yoga.. Featuring.. Wendy!

 

My name is Wendy Cahill.  I am a Milford resident and I have been teaching yoga for almost a couple of years now.  In July of 2015 I went back to continue my yoga training for my 500 Hour RYT Certification.  I am now trained in 8 different yoga modalities:  Vinyasa, Restorative, Therapeutics, Yin, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga 12 Step Recovery & Thai Yoga Massage.  

I really enjoy the challenge of teaching different types of classes, but working in small groups or one-on-one with clients is a great opportunity to be creative in helping people on a individual basis.  Tranquility has such a close knit devoted following and it’s instructors are some of the nicest people I have ever worked with.  I feel very blessed to be apart of the greater whole.

When I am not teaching yoga I am a wife and mother of two beautiful kids who I am incredibly grateful for. I also co-coach a basketball team in the Milford Recreation League for my son’s 6th grade team and travel regularly for my daughter’s competitive gymnastic team.

Wendy teaches at Tranquility on Tuesday evenings at 7pm.
