There is never enough time to do the things we set out to do. We've wanted to take a yoga class but can't seem to fit it in mornings or evenings. Your life is hectic but we have the perfect solution!
Yoga Express is a 45-minute escape that is designed to fit your busy schedule. A dynamic practice that focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and leaving you feeling mentally and physically refreshed to be better at the things you need to do. Make the commitment and love the results!
This class is open to all levels from complete beginners to the more advanced.
Wednesdays & Fridays ~ 5:30-6:30 pm
Pilates classes strengthen the spine, alleviate back problems, increase muscular flexibility, reduce tension and improve joint pain. Studies have shown that Pilates increases bone density and helps fight osteoporosis. Breathing is also improved, which aids relaxation and reduces anxiety. Pilates increases muscle strength and shapes the body for a longer, leaner look. Stronger abdominal muscles help to improve balance and give you a flatter stomach. Pilates is great cross-training for any sport or activity.
