Move to the rhythm of World Music, in a fun and non-competitive environment. Practice will progress from the Basic to Intermediate, increasing flexibility, strength and endurance.
Instruction in Pranayama - Breath Control: different breathing techniques can affect energy and mood in addition to supporting the physical practice.
Learn basic Meditation and Relaxation techniques to manage stress and sleep better.
