Vinyasa

An Iyengar inspired style of yoga where movement is connected with breath.  Classes are based on a physical theme with a philosophical lesson intertwined. 

This class works on the whole body and mind emphasizing mindfulness in our actions through intense concentration in the present moment. This is a hot and physically challenging class that incorporates modifications based on the individual need of the student. Also building heat from inside and out is a great way to detox the body.
