Virginia has been practicing yoga for the past 40 years.  She was certified through Kripalu after retiring from a career in education.  Her background also includes weight training, Silver Sneakers and chair yoga. Core integrity and proper alignment are stressed as strength and stretch are cultivated calmly and quietly balancing effort and ease of body and breath, each at his/her own level.
