Meridith: Saturday – Vinyasa class, Sunday – Kundalini yoga.
Andrea C.: Vinyasa Fusion – This class features slow flow of breath-based movement, combined with moments of stillness. Modifications and instruction in alignment are offered for safety and challenge.
Carmen: Vinyasa & Mindful Yoga – This class offers a psychological approach to the practice of yoga. Each class features a specific tempo and theme that integrates the practice of yoga postures (asanas) and breath-movement flow (vinyasa) with mindfulness meditation. This class is ideal for students interested in building physical strength, calming the mind, and reducing stress.
Virginia: An experience of ever changing asanas from basic to advanced are explored with emphasis on incorporating breath, core integrity, and proper alignment. Strength and stretch are cultivated calmly and quietly balancing mind and body in a vinyasa flow. Students are challenged at his/her own level. The ultimate intention is to effect meditation in motion.
