Wendy became introduced to yoga during her first pregnancy.   Yoga always seemed to give her a sense of stability, peace, and inner strength even in times of transition.  In 2015 she earned her 200 hour certification at Kaia and continued on for an additional 300 hour yoga certification in 2017.  Wendy specializes in vinyasa, yin, restorative, and yoga 12 Step Recovery (Y12SR) and has taught all ages from children to seniors.
