I began practicing yoga in 2004.  However, it wasn’t until I entered the 200 hour teaching training program at Kaia Yoga of Westport in 2014 that I began to understand the amazing capacity the body has to heal itself.   My passion to share this gift has led me to continue my training at Kaia for my 300 hour certification.

My areas of focus have been Yin Yoga, Restorative, Therapeutics, Yoga of 12 Step Recovery, Meditation, Pranayama, and Vinyasa. To me, yoga is a life long journey where we get the opportunity to contribute to our own health and emotional well being.
