Virginia

Beginning as an educator in my academic career, I was certified in Early Childhood education and Psychology, English Lit and Language Arts.  While teaching I also spent 7 years as a Coach in the Math Department.

Following retirement, I enjoyed a ten year period as Director of Bayview Rest, an educational facility.
Physical activity was an integral component of my daily schedule throughout all those years, a good habit, a healthy addiction. It led to certifications in Personal Training, Fitness Instructor, Silver Sneakers, and YOGA including Chair, Yin and Restorative.   It has been a forever love and one of the constants in my Life.
