Yoga For Every Body

Focuses on the key elements of yoga: Breath & Calming the Mind. A variety of poses are given to please every Body. This class offers a different theme based on the philosophy of yoga & meditation as well as incorporating breathing exercises & savasana.  This class provides room for growth & an opportunity to honor yourselves by accepting modifications and alternatives when you need them. Each class offers a different yogic (or sometimes travel) theme with the focus being to fortify the body & calm the mind.
