Introduction to Yoga - Beginners
Start from the very basics with alignment and safe modifications for your body type. Gain confidence and skills to benefit from all that Yoga has to offer: flexibility, strength and relaxation.  Chairs available.

Introduction to Meditation
Your stomach, which is in a knot; the back of your neck, which is all tensed up; your mind, which is spinning like a top –they can just relax. A little movement and a lot of focus: learn techniques that will work for you – no experience required.

Let Your Yoga Dance (LYYD)
This form of yoga is Breath-Based Movement to the beat of World Music. The mission is to expand Body, Brain, Heart and Soul Health to all populations through Joy and Acceptance. Offered in two formats: Energetic - Aerobic, Strengthening and Stretching. Gentle -same benefits, using chairs for support and FUN! Gentle is great for Seniors!
