An event every week that begins at 9:35 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
In Vinyasa we warm up the muscles connecting movement with breath.
Turning our attention to breath mindfully brings us our of our heads and into our bodies.
This energetic open level practice will be enhanced with a lengthening the major muscle groups with longer holds.
