A challenging, fun class with emphasis on breath, movement and alignment. Students flow through vinyasa poses with an inhale or exhale and are encouraged to challenge themselves and release fears. Classes also vary with a Kundalini practice whereby energy is brought from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. A class which is sure to awaken the spirit and balance your chakras! Intermediate to advanced levels.
