Trista has been practicing massage therapy since 2016 and is dedicated to helping people on their journey towards healing and wellness. One of her daily professional goals is providing her clients with customized care based on their individual needs. Trista’s expertise spans various modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Orthopedic Medical Massage, Oncology Massage, and Reiki. This wide range of skills allows her to meet her clients where they are that day in their bodies, and offer them a truly unique experience.

In her free time, you can often find Trista walking or sitting in nature, whether it’s in the woods or by the sea. She believes that there is something incredibly grounding about being surrounded by the Earth’s beauty, and she finds that these moments of solitude allow her to recharge and reconnect with herself. Nature serves as a constant reminder of the interconnectedness of all living things and the importance of nurturing our relationships with one another and the planet. Perspective is everything.
