30 Minute Massage: A quick, tension-releasing massage. If your time is limited, this massage focuses on releasing stress and tension in the head, shoulders, neck and back. 30 min. $65.00 / Deep $75.00

Hot Stone Massage: Smooth heated stones are used to soothe tired, achy muscles while penetrating heat deep into the body. This heat and specific massage techniques reduce stress, relieve physical pain and provide deep relaxation. As heated stones glide over muscles, tension melts away. 90min. $190.00

Warm Bamboo Massage: Rolls of heated bamboo serve as an extension of the hands and allow the therapist to manipulate deeper into tissues. Heat allows muscles to relax quicker and blood vessels to dilate, which in turn increases blood flow.  With improved circulation in the body, it brings oxygen-rich blood to tense, damaged muscles and relieves pain.  Using different shapes and sizes of warm bamboo, the therapist can use techniques such as gliding, rolling, kneading, and friction to melt away tension.  Longer sticks are best for smooth gliding strokes, while shorter and smaller allow for detailed kneading and working into tighter areas of the body.  The pivoting action of the tools allows for more leverage and the client benefits from the deep tissue work. 90minutes encouraged for specific areas of focus.  1 hr. $145.00 / 90min. $210.00
